Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, please contact us via infomagicalcon@gmail.com, and we will delete this information.

Magical Events processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated Decision-Making

Magical Events does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (e.g., an employee of Magical Events). Magical Events uses the following computer programs or systems: We use Gmail and Microsoft OneDrive for data storage and Resend for managing and sending emails.

How Long We Store Personal Data

Magical Events does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We store the data indefinitely in our systems (Gmail and OneDrive), unless you submit a request to delete your data.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Magical Events shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for executing the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Magical Events remains responsible for these processing operations. Below is an overview of the third parties with whom we share data:

  • Google (Gmail): For receiving, storing, and sending email communication. The data processed includes your name, email address, and the content of the emails.
  • Microsoft (OneDrive): For storing documents and data related to our services. This may include contact details.
  • Resend: For the technical management and sending of emails. Your email address and name are processed here.

Viewing, Modifying, or Deleting Data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Magical Events, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to infomagicalcon@gmail.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

How We Secure Personal Data

Magical Events takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. The accounts in which your data is stored, such as Gmail and OneDrive, are secured with two-factor authentication (2FA).
