How do I purchase tickets?

- You can buy tickets through the website. - Tickets that are bought cannot be refunded.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance?

- Yes, you can buy tickets at the entrance but ONLY if we are not sold out! - If you want to be sure to experience this evenement, we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket online.

What payment methods do we offer for our tickets?

- You can pay through Bancontact and iDeal.

Do I have to enter in Cosplay?

- No, you don't need to enter in cosplay but we do love the magical of cosplayers!

How can I become an exhibitor?

- If you’re interested in becoming an exhibitor, you can sign up by filling out the exhibitor form available on our website.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

- Yes! There are no stairs at all on our convention.

Photographers Rules

- If you'd like to take a picture of a cosplayer, please ask politely. They're usually very happy to pose through the camera!

Are pets allowed?

Only assistance dogs are allowed.
